All sales are final. RIM INTERNET a division of Sawyer Technology Services LLC for direct hardware sales have a 3-day warranty, hardware may be exchanged within the first 3-days after purchase if not working, there are NO REFUNDS. ALL LABOR CHARGES AND THIRD-PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Third-party purchases contact the provider regarding any requests for support, refunds, or exchanges. Third-Party Vendor device sales may be refunded by third-party and some vendors provide device life-time replacement warranty. Third-Party refund policies vary by vendor and usually do not refund after 3 days. NO REFUNDS or reimbursements for lost of service or monthly service fees.
The internet service can canceled in first 3 days, you can cancel anytime, the refund is pro-rated for the time used or the amount of data used. The internet service is month to month offered by the third-party providers. Activation fees and labor or service installation are not refundable. If you want to cancel internet service after the 3 days, you must also let us know you want to cancel BEFORE your next billing cycle, or you will be billed for the month. There are NO REFUNDS or reimbursements for lost of service or monthly service fees. The internet vendor paid for monthly service will issue prorated refunds within the first 3 days. RIM does NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS for monthly internet service payments or loss of service refunds for any reason after signing up for service.
This product is NON-REFUNDABLE.
ATT service is subject to the ATT Consumer Service Agreement (Agreement) located at http://att.com/ConsumerServiceAgreement. Activation and/or use of ATT service constitutes acceptance of the Agreement, which includes dispute resolution by binding arbitration.
