STEVEN SAWYER:

After serving 7 years in the Air Force, I separated with an Honorable Discharge in 1977 to enter the computer industry. During my time in the Air Force, I held a security clearance that helped me advance to Director of Operations for ManTech International, where we handled large government contracts for technology and data centers for the Department of Defense maintaining my security clearances for over 20 years. In the next 10 years, I worked in electronic security, sales, and engineering for Siemens and other companies that also worked with the DOD and the Department of Home Security.  In the latter part of my career, I worked as a software engineer for Milestone Systems working with enterprise video management software used by many Fortune 500 companies.  

 

In 2017, after relocating to Payson, we quickly found the internet service offerings to be lacking. There had to be another option. We found High-Speed Wireless Internet Service not serving the area would be a brilliant solution for reaching more people, nationwide, locally, and in remote underserved areas.

 

I have over 40 years of experience in enterprise computer networks, small business computer networks, wireless networks, systems design, software and web development, systems integration, electronic security engineering design, home entertainment, and customer support.

Customer Service

 

 

In 2014, I retired after 20 years of serving as an administrator and customer service manager. We relocated to Payson, where we quickly found the internet service offerings to be lacking. We found High-Speed Wireless Internet Service not serving the area would be a brilliant solution for reaching more people, locally, nationwide, and in remote underserved areas.

This endeavor required that I serve as the customer service manager taking over the responsibilities for administration and customer service. This meant taking the calls, handling billing, and first-level support to quickly expand the business. 

Today, we have a nationwide internet service with outstanding service and support.
